Eastern Cape Fashion Week Designer Application
By submitting the Designer Application form for Eastern Cape Fashion Week (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Application Submission
– The information provided in the Designer Application form must be accurate and complete.
– Only applications submitted through the official Designer Application form will be considered.
Eligibility
– Designers must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the application guidelines to be considered for participation in the Event.
– Eastern Cape Fashion Week reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applicants and may request additional information or documentation as necessary.
Selection Process
– The selection of designers for participation in the Event is at the sole discretion of Eastern Cape Fashion Week organizers.
– Submission of the Designer Application does not guarantee acceptance into the Event.
– Selected designers will be notified by email or phone within the specified timeframe.
Design Ownership
– Designers retain ownership of their designs and intellectual property rights.
– By participating in the Event, designers grant Eastern Cape Fashion Week permission to use images of their designs for promotional purposes related to the Event.
Participation Requirements
– Selected designers must adhere to all Event guidelines and requirements provided by Eastern Cape Fashion Week organizers.
– Designers are responsible for ensuring that their designs meet safety, quality, and ethical standards.
Liability
– Eastern Cape Fashion Week organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by designers or their designs during the Event.
– Designers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for their participation in the Event.
Cancellation and Refunds
– Eastern Cape Fashion Week organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the Event at any time for any reason.
– In the event of cancellation, designers will be notified, and any fees paid will be refunded.
Acceptance of Terms
– By submitting the Designer Application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Eastern Cape Fashion Week reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Eastern Cape Fashion Week website.
